In person classes
Claire enjoys running several classes in her local area. Class sizes are small, allowing her to give each of her clients individual attention, focussing on correct technique and form. Smaller class sizes are also less daunting if you’re totally new to Pilates. Clients always learn something new every time they meet – that could be something new about Pilates, or something new about their fellow participants!
Classes are suitable to all abilities; from first timers to seasoned Pilates converts – in fact, every body! Clients work at their own pace; mastering the basics before moving on to more complex exercises.
