I can offer you a tailored approach to your fitness that’s right for you, that you can undertake at a time and place that suits you.
The great thing about online coaching is that you don’t have to travel or stick to gym opening times – it’s an approach that can fit around your lifestyle.
How does it work?
- The first thing that I need to do as your Lead Coach is to get to know more about you, your lifestyle and your fitness goals.
- I will then build a programme which will help you to work towards achieving your fitness goals.
- We will arrange a time to meet online to go through the programme. I will ensure that you know why you are doing a specific exercise and how to perform it safely and effectively.
- I will then follow up our online training session with email support, answering any questions that you may have about your programme and your progress.
- I offer Personal Training or Pilates Coaching plans… or a combination of the two depending on your personal fitness goals.
Just want a one-off training session and plan? Not a problem! You don’t need to sign up for a specific number of sessions over a specified period of time. There are options and discounts available if you did want to train with me for longer – please contact me to find out more.
