We understand that you have a life outside of exercising; probably a very busy one! That’s why we think it’s important that we get to know you, your lifestyle and your fitness goals. We can then ensure that we design a coaching session which is right for you, and no one else. Your trainer will spend time getting to know you – this meeting will be free and totally confidential. They will assess how fit and active you currently are and will also discuss your goals. They’ll then have all the information that they need to design a coaching session especially for you.
You could exercise on your own, or with a buddy - meeting with your coach in-person or, even more conveniently, online via Zoom.
As Claire is also a Personal Trainer, she can offer you a variety of coaching options which will always be tailored to your needs. She can also refer you to a group of partners who have specialist skills and knowledge; for example, physiotherapists and sports massage therapists.
